Postage
All postage is calculated on weight, we do not look to make a profit from you, just passing on the cost, your postage will be calculated for you and is shown in your shopping basket.

The charges for dispatch to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands have been calculated on weight using Royal Mail postage tariff.

Postage outside UK
It is the users responsibility to select the correct postage, UK 2nd Class (up to 2kg) is insufficient funds for European or International posting. If the correct postage is not selected Emma's Soap has the option to cancel the order and refund the order cost.  However Emma always endeavours to make sure your order is processed and she will advise via email or PayPal invoice if further sums are required.

Payment
Payment is processed through Paypal. You can either pay by using your Paypal account or if you do not have one you can use your debit/credit card details without logging into Paypal.

If you do not wish to pay via Paypal you can continue through to the payment screen so that your order is logged by our website and then complete your order by calling us directly on 01803 770 109 to arrange payment. We will suggest this to be in the form of a cheque, which we will need to receive and bank before dispatching your goods.
Delivery
Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery, however we will endeavour to send your parcel within just a few days and often the following day of your order.

UK Mainland orders will be sent by Royal Mail, if you are not at home to receive your parcel, Royal Mail's standard procedure is to return the parcel to the local sorting office and leave you a note stating the fact where as Parcel force will take your parcel to the local Post Office and a Courier back to their depot. Alternatively you could always leave a note to postman/postwoman and or delivery driver with alternative delivery arrangements at your own risk. If you would like us to print any instructions on your parcel, please state this at checkout.

Delayed/Lost Orders
Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Emma's Soap is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your package maybe returned to Emma's Soap (sender address is always written on the parcel) in such circumstances an extra delivery charge will be incurred to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We want you to be absolutely delighted or completely satisfied with all your purchases from Emma's Soap for any reason, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges.
Refunds
Simply return your unopened purchases in their original packaging and in good condition to us within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser and we take no responsibility for lost or for goods damaged in transit when being returned to Emma's Soap.
Exchanges
Simply return your unopened purchases to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then despatch replacement goods straight away. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order by emailing hello@emmassoap.co.uk quoting your Emma's Soap order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us by following our refund instructions.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
Product Variations
Please be aware that product colour and texture variations occur occasionally, and naturally as part of the handmade manufacturing process and nature of the raw plant ingredients we use.
